Job description

Perform sales volume responsibility with a focus on corporate benefit

Develop quantity towards the target defined by responsible area development yearly target

Maintain quality (sales target achievement) for different types of buses by delivering selling skill and business knowledge training for customers

Understand and explain business policy to customers, work together with channel management team for the improvement program

Support Area Sales Manager set up the local and completely follow and implement the company promotion strategy, responsible for the local distributor sell out promotion policy implementation to the retailers & supporting the local seminar activity

Cooperate and support with other functions to ensure the company policy and activities´ local implementation, and coach Distributor Sales team

Support Marketing department in completing the local survey task & local event, Collect market information

Job requirements

Bachelor degree, major in Marketing, English, Commercial or Engineering.

Basic understanding of the business sector and environment. Knowledge in finance and passion in Bus Industry

Good communication and presentation skills

Good English reading, writing and speaking skills

Solid data collection and reporting preparation ability
